Each tool operates differently in our app:

- For longform assistant: each generation consumes 1 credit, so generating about 80-150 words depending on how long you set the output will consume 1 credit.

- For paraphrasing: Each 70-80 words will consume 1 credit, it is dependent on how long the text is.

- For readability improver: For improving each hard sentence, 1 credit is consumed. We try to not consume any credits when the AI was not able to improve the sentence.

Sometimes the update happens on the backend, try to logout and login again and it should be updated most of the time. If it didn’t contact the support via the chatbot Widget and the support helps almost immediately.

- When creating a new SEO document, the SERP (top 20 results from Google) will be extracted which consumes 20 credits. Other than that the document creation doesn’t consume any credits.

- Extracting NLP terms consumes 7 credits.

- Extracting SEO keywords in copywriting templates consumes 5 credits when you extract the keywords and after that it is saved, so you could use the keywords as much as you want.

You could easily copy & paste the content by running “CTRL + A” twice to highlight everything and then “CTRL + C” to copy it. Then you could past the content to whatever content management system you use.

The long-form assistant is available in 26 languages. So you could generate content in the 26 languages with as high quality as English.

- At this moment the paraphraser doesn’t save data as with most paraphrasing tools (wordtune, ….). We are working to enable the paraphraser to save the data.

• Option 1: Make sure you update the chrome version to the latest version.

• Option 2: Refresh the page and try again
• Option 3: Logout by clicking logout in the extension, then make sure the on switch in the extension is turned (same as image below) on and then click login. It will sync automatically.

• Command: command AI to write about what you want.
• Rewrite: Paraphrase with standard mode.
• Shorten: Make any sentence shorter with the Shorten operator.
• Expand: Make any sentence longer with the Expand operator.
• Formal: Make any sentence sound more formal with the Formal Tone operator.
