Your subscription renews monthly or annually unless you cancel. Metered plans refill their included credits up to the plan allowance without removing any balance above it. Annual Grow and AI Visibility plans refresh their allowances every 30 days.

In the account page there is the settings icon on the top right where you see your plan type. By clicking there, you will be directed to the page where you change your email address. Note: Just signing with email option is able to change the email address.

In your dashboard, open Settings and choose Plan & Billing, then click Cancel subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for.

On metered plans, humanizing costs 1 writer credit per 80 words, rounded up. An article costs 10 writer credits, or 1 legacy article-subscription credit while that balance is available. A content chat message costs 1 writer credit. Editor Improve costs 2 writer credits; editor chat and other editor commands are free. Scale and Team do not spend writer credits on these actions. AI Visibility reports, Reddit credits, and SEO Agent tokens have separate allowances.

Sometimes the update happens on the backend, try to logout and login again and it should be updated most of the time. If it didn't contact the support via the chatbot Widget and the support helps almost immediately.

In the editor, Improve costs 2 writer credits on metered plans. Editor chat and the other commands are free. Content chat costs 1 writer credit per message, and Article Generator costs 10 writer credits per article, or 1 legacy article-subscription credit while that balance is available. Scale and Team do not spend writer credits on these actions.

You could easily copy & paste the content by running "CTRL + A" twice to highlight everything and then "CTRL + C" to copy it. Then you could past the content to whatever content management system you use.

At this moment the paraphraser doesn't save data as with most paraphrasing tools (wordtune, ….). We are working to enable the paraphraser to save the data.

Highlight everything by running "CTRL + A" twice and then CTRL + C to copy everything. Then you could paste in any content management system you use (Wordpress, google docs, MS word, ….).

The extension should return output in between 1-4 minutes. It will not take more than 4 minutes. If it takes longer then try the following:

• Option 1: Make sure you update the chrome version to the latest version.

• Option 3: Logout by clicking logout in the extension, then make sure the on switch in the extension is turned on and then click login. It will sync automatically.

• Command: command AI to write about what you want.
• Rewrite: Paraphrase with standard mode.
• Shorten: Make any sentence shorter with the Shorten operator.
• Expand: Make any sentence longer with the Expand operator.
• Formal: Make any sentence sound more formal with the Formal Tone operator.
• Creative: Paraphrases text with the most inventiveness and expression with Creative tone operator.
• Complete: Let the AI complete what you already began.

Inline tools will show up wherever you highlight text on any website (Except some websites, including google docs, Microsoft word, Facebook). On those websites, you should use the sidebar popup which has all functionality of the inline tools.

Yes. Team includes 4 seats. You can add seats for $19 per month or $190 per year each, up to 100 seats in total.

Team supports multiple members and additional seats. Grow and Scale each include 1 seat.

New lifetime deals are no longer sold. Existing lifetime subscribers keep the benefits associated with their original deal.

No. Lifetime-deal codes are no longer sold or discounted. Existing deals remain recognized.

Metered lifetime deals refill to 200 or 400 writer credits per cycle, depending on the original deal. Existing unlimited lifetime deals retain Scale writing access.
